This past 2013 saw me rekindle my love affair with running. Though I wasn’t running as much as the previous years… I was glad I was able to sneak a run here and there. I was even so confident with my running that I embarked on training to run a 21km by mid-November. However, I committed the mistake of doing too-much-too-soon that I sufferred a right calf strain, 2 weeks before my 21k. The injury took more than a month to heal thus derailing all my running plans. That’s why with my calf now fully recovered, I’m starting a new training cycle, though this time… Will be doing it nice and slow.
