Target Weight: 60kg
The past few months of relative inactivity… and stuffing myself good food… has seen me “balloon” to my present weight. My clothes are tighter… and I feel sluggish. It’s now time to lose those excess baggage. Eight kilos may not seem much but since the maximum weight one can healthily lose is 1kg per week, tt will take me at least 8 weeks to reach my target “fighting” weight. It will be difficult… but definitely attainable.
