I am exhausted.
I ran portions of the Milo Marathon Manila leg this morning. I ran about 30 km, which is the farthest I’ve run in almost 3 months.
I haven’t been this tired since bataan… and it just feels great!

thanks wayne. didn’t actually plan to run that long… just had fun running since i was with bards and dindo at the start. I didn’t notice I had already gone beyond what I had planned for the day… you take care of yourself too
