I’m sick… I know I’m coming down with the flu… the full prodrome is there, my head’s pounding, my whole body and joints are all aching, and I feel cold and warm at the same time.
This kind of sucks since I’m supposed to go home to Baguio today and I was planning to squeeze in some runs while I’m there. I was already imagining myself running the roads and hills of southdrive, john hay, and the country club area… but it seems it’s just not meant to be. Well, I guess I’ll just have to shut it down for a few days to allow my body to recuperate in time for the mizuno run on the 30th… darn it.
